The first serious running event I participated in was a SARRC event; the 2014 Adelaide Running Festival Half Marathon, I ran a respectable two hours flat. Then decided I was going to run the SARRC Yurrebilla 56km trail race, knowing I could at least go half way. When SARRC approached me to be an ambassador I jumped at the chance. I already talk about running a lot, and now I have permission to talk about it!

Wings for life

I've been working with Red Bull for roughly a decade now in my musical life (I took out the SA arm of their Threestyle Dj Competition two years running). When they talked to me about about their sister charity, the WFL World Run, I was happy to come on board as an ambassador.
